they jackhammered outside our window today. this morning actually.
according to the city rules, they are only allowed to work from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
I kid you not, I looked at my watch when the noise started....it was 7:01 a.m.
Jerks.
As I write this a car alarm is going off.
Can I please move to a neighborhood?

7 pm! What about last week or so when they were up until forever working?
oh, they had a permit for that ordeal! Trust me, I called the police 3 times...
